Executive Director

Melissa has a passion for change and collaboration. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for families & community to our organization. She works with our Board of Directors to bring their vision to life and is responsible for managing operations.  Under her direction, we continue to grow, innovate, and make a meaningful impact.  

 Wellness Director

Vienna handles all our programs at the Outreach Centre, and is eager about providing wellness opportunities in our community!  She develops initiatives that meet people where they are, promoting self-care, balance, and lifelong well-being. Her approachable style and genuine care help create a culture where wellness isn’t just a goal—it’s a way of life. 

Program Director

 Peter is the heart and energy behind our parent/child programs. Known for his infectious enthusiasm & creativity, he has a special gift for connecting with kids and making every experience memorable. He brings joy and positivity to everything he does. Kids love him, parents trust him, and he strives to make every activity full of fun.  

Outreach Coordinator

Shelley is the friendly face and passionate voice connecting our organization to the wider community. With a heart for service and a talent for building meaningful relationships, she ensures our programs, events, and mission reach those who need them most. She plays a key role in growing our impact and strengthening the bonds that make our community thrive. 

Recreation Coordinator
Rylan brings great knowledge and experience to his role. He has recently graduated from the U of M with his Bachelors of Recreation Management & Community Development and is passionate about all things recreation! He handles the recreation opportunities in our community, including our summer camp, as well as other programs and work at the FRC! 

Social Media Administrator

Administrative Assistant

Danielle works behind the scenes creating social media posts and advertising programs., as well as maintaining our website. Her creativity and attention to detail are essential for maintaining our online presence. She also manages our Front Desk & provides administrative support to our Executive Director.
